The Recipients Node in the navigation tree allows you to see all of your recipients.  It also gives you some details on the types and number of devices that each recipient has defined.  You can create a new recipient or delete a recipient.  This view also allows you to activate or deactivate a recipient by checking or unchecking the Active checkbox.
