In this step you need to populate the grid with a list of subscribers you want to edit. You can add as many subscribers to this grid as you want, however you can only use one selection criteria per run. When you select to, say, add all subscribers from a class of service it will clear the grid before adding the new users. This is a change from previous versions that allowed you to “merge” multiple searches into the grid. For large databases this proved to be a very big performance drag so it was removed.
Once you have users in the grid you can sort the grid columns or move the columns around any way you like. You can individually select/unselect users using the checkbox in the far left column. Only users that have the check mark on will be edited with the changes you select in the next step. You can use the “deSelect All” button to uncheck all the users in the grid and the “Select All” button to check all the users in the grid. If you opt to add a large number of users to the grid, be patient. The updates on the grid are turned off to speed the process up, it may take a minute or two to populate the grid and then updates are turned back on and you can see your users.
