The Remote Serviceability Kit Configuration Wizard will guide you through the process of enabling the Remote Serviceability Kit. The Remote Serviceability Kit (RSK) consists of components that add SNMP, Syslog and Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) support to Cisco Unity.  Once the RSK is installed and configured you can use a Network Management System like Cisco Systems' IP Communications Operations Manager to remotely monitor many aspects of your system.
