Start the RSK Configuration Wizard from the program group you installed it to; the default is the Unity program group. If this is the first time running the configuration wizard you will see a welcome page that will determine if you have the required software to finalize the installation of the RSK. The RSK requires Microsoft’s SNMP Service (see the Requirements/Special Notes) and recommends you have installed Cisco Unity’s Event Monitoring Service (http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_EMS.htm). If you are running the wizard for a second time then you are given the choice to Uninstall the Remote Serviceability Kit. Click next to continue to the options page.

The Options page gives you the choice to install CDP components or not. It is recommended you leave this option selected. Click next to proceed with the configuration of the RSK. The wizard will perform the configuration. During the configuration the RSK Data Service will be installed.
