The main subscriber menu is what subscribers hear right after their (optional ) message counts play. It is this menu that allows subscribers to select listening to new messages, listening to saved messages, sending a new message, accessing their setup options or getting to the (optional) message locator conversation. These options can be mapped to any sequence of 1 or 2 keys desired or they may be removed from the menu entirely. You may also dictate the order in which the menu options are offered over the phone by using the Menu order arrows. The order (from top to bottom) the entries appear in the tool will be the order that theyre presented to the user over the phone regardless of which keys are mapped to the functions.

This menu includes the following functions that can be mapped:

Hear new messages

Takes subscribers to the new (unread) message stack

Send a message

Takes subscribers to the send message conversation

Review old messages

Takes subscribers to the saved (read) message stack

Change setup options
